Disappointed? Sorry…but I was in fact, referring to my favorite type of ruffle, as in, the kind that goes on blouses and other articles of clothing. Being someone who loves anything and everything old-fashioned, ruffles hold a special place in my heart, and I am beyond excited that they’ve made their way back into the forefront of the fashion world. The top I’m wearing in these photos is a new favorite of mine, with its ruffled shoulders and high collar, it feels like the top half of a Victorian era dress, and I’m not complaining.
